What time can I order up to and still get same day dispatch?
You can order up until 2:00pm (BST) Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.
Please note that we don’t dispatch on UK public holidays.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched the same day – Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
When we dispatch your order, you’ll receive an email from us confirming the details of your purchase and the delivery method you’ve chosen.
When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery is next working day between the hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (BST) unless an alternative delivery service is requested.
Who will deliver my order?
The service requested will dictate the courier used.
Details will be provided for tracking in the despatch document.
Can I upgrade the delivery service once the order has been dispatched?
Deliveries cannot be upgraded after 4:30pm (BST) on the day of dispatch. Before this time please contact us to make the arrangements.
Do I need to sign for my order?
All deliveries require a signature.
Will I be charged a second delivery fee for a back-ordered product?
No – you will only be charged one delivery fee (dependant on net order value) and we will send products on in a case of a back order, free of charge.
What happens if I miss my scheduled delivery?
All deliveries require a signature. Please make sure someone is available at the address to accept the delivery. If you miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will leave a notification card and return to try and deliver the parcel the next working day using the same delivery option. The courier will do this on three consecutive working days unless they’re told by you or us to hold the parcel for a future delivery date or that you are going to collect the item from the depot instead. If you want to change the delivery address, please let our customer services team know. If the courier has visited the address three times to deliver your goods without any luck, the package will be returned to us. If this happens, we may charge you for the return.
What happens if my goods arrive late?
If your order doesn’t arrive by the intended date or time because of a dispatch error or a transit issue with the courier, please call customer services on 01753 646343 any time Monday – Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm (BST). Alternatively, you can email email@example.com
We will partially/fully credit your delivery costs as long as the fault is a service error on our part.
What happens if the parcel arrives damage?
Don’t worry – if part or all of your order is damaged in transit, please call customer services 01753 646343 any time Monday – Friday between 08:00am and 5:30pm and we will replace the items immediately. Alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org
